A Coal-Fired Plant That Is Eager for U.S. Rules

Constellation Energy which runs a coal power plant has completed an $885 million installation that has vastly reduced emissions from two giant coal-burning units at its Brandon Shores plant here, within view of the city’s downtown office towers.  The company is urging other plants around the country to go green even though there has been much backlash against EPA’s new enrgy standards.
